The UNSW Careers and Employment department has just received a delivery of books called “Careers and Employment for Malaysian FRESH Graduates” which has an A-Z guide to career opportunities in Malaysia and also a lot of other useful information. You may also find a postgraduate opportunities guide to postgrad courses in Malaysia that is available to all of us from the UNSW Careers and Employment office.

First dance party of the semester was held at Space with a estatic range of DJ’s and an awesome crowd which blew the night away!

By the time the music was cranked up, it was time to hit the dance floor……

Second day was just as eventful with MSO once again bringing home the overall championship title. All in all, MSO took first place in all Basketball, Netball and Tennis, narrowly trailing behind finishing 2nd place in Badminton.

Since from the previous email regarding female Futsal, we have received several complaints saying that it is a bit sexist. We MSO decided to organise a Male Futsal Tournament for this weekend.

The Event information are as the following:
Date: Saturday 26 April
Time: 4pm - 6pm
Venue: Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre
Cost: $5 for members
         $8 for Non-Members

Please find that the registration for this event is run in a first come first serve basis, if we have enough team for the day, we have to reject your registration. =(

Each game will run for 15minutes and the winner of the tournament team will win good quality webcam for every members in the team (5 people).

Hello members!

This e-mail however, is probably aimed more directly to the ladies of
MSO, unless you guys would not mind wearing a wig for 2 hours while
playing futsal. As a result of our spectacular turnout for women’s
futsal last weekend, MSO is organising another social female futsal
even for this weekend. The events are as the following:

Date: Saturday 26 April
Time: 5pm-7pm
Venue: Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre

Don’t worry, it is not competitive or professional, just a kick around
for us ladies who need our once-in-a-week exercise. We also have some
regulars from other uniersities such as Sydney University and UTS, so
it will be a good chance to meet other Malaysians.
